These Terms of Service govern your use of Benora, an outfit sharing community app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Benora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Experience
Benora allows users to discover outfit videos, view creator profiles, like and save videos, follow users, comment, upload outfit videos, report content, block users, manage a profile, and use available coin or boost features.
3. User Content
You are responsible for the content you submit, including profile information, comments, reports, and uploaded video details. You must have the rights needed to submit any content you provide.
4. Community Rules
Benora has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not post, submit, or promote content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, spam, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
5. Reports and Blocking
Users can report content, users, or comments and can block users. Reported or blocked content may be hidden in the app experience. Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions where applicable.
6. Uploads and Review Status
Uploaded videos may appear in your profile with a review status and may not appear in public discovery surfaces. Benora may reject or remove content that violates these Terms or safety rules.
7. Coins, Purchases, and Boosts
If coin features are available, coins may be purchased through Apple StoreKit or granted locally for app use. Boost consumes coins immediately and simulates promotional exposure for a video. Estimated uplift values are references only and are not guaranteed results.
8. No Guaranteed Availability
Benora may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Local app data may be cleared if the app is uninstalled or if you delete your account data through the app.
9. Intellectual Property
Benora, its interface, branding, and app content structure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as allowed by law.
10. Disclaimer
Benora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
